It is really a situation that happens to all of us


Golf fitness exercises is often very beneficial included in your warm up ahead of a round of tennis. Especially on those days if you are tight on time. If you rushing so that the golf course in your weekly round of world of golf, or struggling to warm-up for the round of golf whenever you only have 5 a matter of minutes to spare. Unfortunately, our plans sometimes tend not to play out as we all intended.

We get bound to a client on the product, a conference call extends long, we get caught in traffic. Whatever the situation may be we are caught rushing towards golf course, getting towards the course with 10 mins to spare, jump out from the car, tying our playing golf shoes, get to the 1st tee with 5 moments to spare, haven't click a shot or putted....Do I need to be?
Probably not.

It is really a situation that happens to all of us, and I as was guilty of it because you. However as strong while I suggest performing a great warm-up, and putting yourself in the correct state of mind for the round, life on occasion just does not allow us to undertake it.
